ANNULMENT

Cancellations must be communicated in writing to Appartamento Stefy. The cancellation of a reservation by the holiday maker, regardless of the reason, implies the payment of the following penalties:

- 25% of the total rental price if the cancellation is communicated to Appartamento Stefy up to 60 days before the start of the rental. 

- 50% of the total rental price if the cancellation is communicated to Appartamento Stefy between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental.

- 90% of the total rental price if the cancellation is communicated to Appartamento Stefy between the 29th and the 1st day before the start of the rental.

- 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is communicated to Appartamento Stefy on the day of arrival or in case of no show.

For any changes made by the holiday maker to the original booking, it being understood that the rented property and the rental period remain the same, the holiday maker will have to pay a penalty of € 50.00 as a dossier fee. If, due to the changes brought by the holiday maker to the original booking, Appartamento Stefy is forced to cancel this booking and to make a new one, the aforementioned penalties will be applied to the holiday maker (penalty for cancellation). In the event that Appartamento Stefy succeeds in re-letting the property for the canceled period, the holiday-maker will have to pay a penalty equivalent to the damage actually caused to Appartamento Stefy.The rental prices do not include insurance policies for cancellations.

If, for reasons of force majeure or for other reasons beyond its control, Appartamento Stefy is forced to cancel a reservation, it will reimburse the vacationer the rental price paid, excluding in any way requests for compensation / or refunds. 

Cleaning 

Upon arrival, the holiday maker will find the property clean and tidy. Upon departure, the holiday maker will be required to pay the final cleaning costs, unless it has been specified that these are included in the rental price. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the property is left in the same state of order and cleanliness in which it was found on arrival. Any costs incurred by the owner to restore order and cleanliness due to a lack of the holiday maker will be deducted from the security deposit. 

METHOD OF LEASE

All bookings must be concluded directly with Appartamento Stefy or through the agencies authorized to act in the name and on behalf of Appartamento Stefy. Authorized agents can also receive payments in the name and on behalf of Appartamento Stefy. To complete a reservation, the holiday maker must accept these General Rental Conditions.

At the time of booking, the holiday maker must pay 25% of the total rental price as a deposit. The balance must be received by Appartamento Stefy within 60 days before the rental start date or upon arrival in the aforementioned apartment. In the event that the booking is concluded less than 60 days before the rental start date, the holiday maker must pay 100% of the total rental price at the time of booking. In case of non-payment within these terms, Appartamento Stefy reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Upon receipt of the balance, Appartamento Stefy will communicate the address and other useful information to get to the apartment. Any change in the total number of people during the stay must be communicated in writing to Appartamento Stefy in advance, otherwise the owner or his representative may request the removal of the entire group. In this case, no requests for compensation and / or reimbursements of any kind can be made by the holiday maker.

Any changes and special requests must be communicated and accepted by Appartamento Stefy.

Appartamento Stefy reserves the right to apply a reasonable administrative "fee" and any associated costs imposed by the owners and due to any special requests or modifications.

Unless otherwise specified in the property description, children under the age of 2 can stay in the properties free of charge and are not calculated in the number of holidaymakers, provided that the parents bring the baby bed and the necessary linen.
